Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place turkey slice on cutting board and season with BBQ rub of your choice.
Place string cheese, bacon, and ranch on end of turkey slice the roll up.
Cut puff pastry into 4 equally sized rectangles. Roll up turkey into each puff pastry.
Brush on egg wash.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-22 min.
