In a bowl mix mustard and honey then sit aside.
Slice and cook bacon in a pan then remove.
Reserve bacon grease to toast slider buns.
In a separate pan on low med heat melt butter and add brown sugar.
Stir until smooth then add bourbon.
Carefully light bourbon with a stick lighter and allow alcohol to burn off.
Add bacon, stir until coated and allow to cool for a min then remove and set aside.
Place slider buns on a baking sheet then add a layer of medium cheddar slices.
Add turkey to each bun, season with SPG.
Then, top with white cheddar slices.
Spread candied bourbon bacon evenly then drizzle honey mustard over bacon.
Place top buns on then cover with foil.
Place in oven at 350 until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
