Taco Spaghetti

Although this is not a traditional dish, sometimes its nice to switch up your meals and this Taco spaghetti was a big hit! Here is how I make it!

On med heat add bacon grease and pepper/onion to pan. Allow to cook 4-5 min. Add garlic and cook an additional min.
Add ground beef and chorizo.
Once ground beef is cooked through, use a paper towel to remove some excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and mix well.
Add green chilis and drained Rotel.
In a large(8qt) pot bring heavily salted water to a boil for spaghetti. Cook until al dente.
Add Queso to pan and stir until combined.
Once spaghetti is cooked through, add to pan and mix everything well.
Top with fresh cilantro, crema, cotija cheese, and jalapeños if desired. Enjoy!
