Sweet and Spicy Bacon Crackers

    The best thing about bacon crackers besides their amazing taste is that you literally don’t have to measure anything out. There is absolutely no appetizer or finger food I would choose over bacon crackers, including sausage balls! Here is how I make em!

    1. Get a baking sheet with a wire rack and line with crackers.

    2. Cut 1lb of bacon into 4 sections and place 1 slice on each cracker.

    3. Sprinkle with brown sugar, BBQ seasoning, and red pepper flake.

    4.  Bake in a preheated oven at [wprm-temperature value="350" unit="F"] until the bacon is cooked through (25-30min).

    5. Use a spatula to remove each cracker bc they will sometimes stick.  Enjoy!
