This French toast is stuffed with cookie butter and milk chocolate with toffee bits creating a crazy good fusion of flavor! Topped with maple syrup and crushed biscoff cookies, its tough to beat!

Spread cookie butter on each piece of brioche bread.
Add chopped chocolate toffee on 1 piece of brioche and add another piece of bread to look like sandwich form.
Beat eggs, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract together.
Add some butter or bacon grease to pan. Dip each "sandwich" in mixture and cook on low medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Crush up some bsicoff cookies to sprinkle on top then pour some maple syrup on before enjoying!
