In a rimmed container mix together some AP flour, Garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. I don't measure the amounts for this, its just for the coating.
Season each cube steak with seasoning salt like Mortons or Lawrys.
Melt bacon grease in a pan and fry each cube steak 3-4 min on each side on medium heat. Remove once golden brown.
Place in slow cooker and pour remaining grease/food bits into slow cooker as well for added flavor.
Mix together water(hot), beef broth, gravy mix, W sauce, and seasonings in a bowl and pour over cubed steak making sure they are barely covered.
Cook on low 5-6 hrs or high 2-3 hrs.
Enjoy over mashed potatoes!
