Add ground beef to a large pan or dutch oven on medium heat.
Once seared on each side, add onions and mushrooms to pan.
Cook until ground beef is brown and mushrooms have cooked down, then add garlic cooking until fragrant before next step.
Next, add ranch seasoning, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add Beef stock and tortellini. Cover and bring to a simmer to allow tortellini to plump up.
Add have cream and ranch dip, stirring until smooth.
Add corn starch or roux to thicken sauce.
