In a large bowl, add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract. Mix with hand mixer until smooth.
Add powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, pumpkin puree, and brown sugar. Beat until smooth.
Cut cookie dough into small pieces and fold into pumpkin mixture.
Smooth mixture out into a 8 x 11 casserole dish.
Add cool whip to top and smooth out.
Sprinkle additional pumpkin spice on top. Place in fridge to chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
