⅓rotisserie chicken(de-boned and skin removed)

⅔ canscream of chicken with herbs

⅓ cupsour cream

⅔ tspgarlic powder

⅕ tbspblack pepper

⅕ tbsponion powder

⅓ tspcelery salt

For topping:

⅔ tubesRitz crackers

⅓ cupsliced almonds

1 tbsppoppy seeds

⅔ sticksKerry Gold garlic and herb butter

Remove chicken from bones and cut into desired sized pieces.
Add to a large bowl with sour cream and both cans cream of chicken.
Add in seasonings and mix well.
In a separate bowl add crushed Ritz, almonds, poppy seeds and melted butter.
Stir until everything is well combined.
Grease a casserole dish then add chicken mixture.
Pour crackers over top and spread evenly.
Cook for 30 min in a preheated 350° oven.
Eat as is or serve over rice or mashed potato’s. Enjoy!
