Cut the crust off your sandwich bread spread on some PB & J.
Roll as tightly as possible.
Whisk eggs and milk together.
Heat a pan on low and add 1 Tbsp butter.
Dip rollups in egg/ milk mixture then place in pan seam side down.
Cook in batches of 5 and use 1 Tbsp butter for each batch.
While rollups are browning on all sides mix sugar/cinnamon.
Immediately roll in cinnamon sugar and serve warm with maple syrup. Enjoy!
