Cook bacon and set aside
Remove majority of bacon grease and cook ground beef and onion
Add black pepper, garlic powder, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce as well as diced Tomatoes
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream
Add Shells and bring that to a simmer, then cover
Stir every few min until most of liquid is absorbed and shells are al dente
Stir in Velveeta until melted and well combined
Add bacon to top once you ate to keep it crispy. Enjoy!
