I love Nashville Hot Chicken! When I decided to pair it with some lemon pepper and honey I knew it was gonna be a match made in heaven!

With a dependable pair of kitchen shears, remove the spine from the chicken.
Flatten the chicken and break the breast bone.
Wipe off excess moisture with a paper towel.
Rub chicken skin down with some bacon grease.
Season generously on both sides with lemon pepper and Nashville hot seasonings.
Slice lemon and place on chicken.
Put on non direct heat on grill at 325 until it reaches 160 internal in the thickest part of the breast.
Allow to rest for 10-15 min then drizzle with honey. Enjoy!!
