Get smoker set to 275 degrees.
Wash jalapeños, cut off top, and remove core/seeds.
In a mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and seasonings.
Transfer to a gallon ziplock bag and cut off tip. Pipe mixture into each jalapeño.
Wrap each jalapeño with a slice of bacon.
Apply BBQ rub to bacon.
Put on smoker at 275 until bacon is cooked through. Should take 60-90 min depending on thickness of the bacon. Enjoy!
