Start by toasting your rolls with some bacon grease.
Once cooled add provolone, meats, and top with just a little marinara.
Don’t want too much marinara or they will end up soggy.
Hit em with some Italian seasoning then add mozz cheese.
Brush top buns with melted butter and sprinkle on some garlic powder and parm cheese.
Baked covered at 350° until cheese is good and melty (about 10-15 min). Enjoy!
