Score cream cheese and sprinkle on bbq rub of choice. Smoke at 225 for 2 hrs.
When cream cheese has about 30 min left, start prepping everything else.
Crisp prosciutto by cooking approx 30-45 sec on each side in a pan on med high heat.
Cook Texas Toast Garlic Bread according to package directions.
Spread cream cheese on toast, followed by tomato pesto.
Next, add a slice of crispy prosciutto and drizzle with hot honey. Enjoy!
