    1. Boil pasta according to instructions in heavily salted water to al dente.

    2. In a pan brown your Italian sausage then add tomato pesto and heavy cream.

    3. Stir until well combined then season with salt/pepper.

    4.  Add grated parm and combine well.

    5. Add pasta a little pasta water if you want to thicken sauce.

    6. Top with more Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
