Creamy Chicken Enchilada Bubble Bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove skin from chicken and chicken from bone. Cut into desired size pieces.
Cut biscuits into 6 pieces each.
In a large mixing bowl add red enchilada sauce, sour cream, and fajita seasoning. Whisk until smooth.
Add chicken and biscuits into mixture and make sure everything is well coated.
Smooth out in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded pepper jack cheese on top.
Bake around 45 min uncovered or until biscuits are cooked through. Enjoy!
