Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove skin form chicken and chicken from bones. Cut up into desired size chunks.
Cut biscuits into 4 or 6 pieces each.
Optional but I like to cramelize ham in a pan on med high heat for a couple min to add flavor. Wipe off excess moisture and put a little oil or bacon grease in pan.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together heavy cream, dijon mustard, honey, and seasonings.
Add chicken, biscuits, and ham. Fold un til everything is well coated.
Place in a sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish.
Add Swiss cheese.
Bake covered tightly with foil for 30 min.
Bake uncovered for additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!
