Cut up bacon and cook in a large saute pan or Dutch oven until cooked through then set aside.
Remove half of bacon grease and then add flour to create a roux.

Slowly add milk while stirring, then add 2 cups of broth.
Work in Parm and cheddar cheese while continuing to stir.
Add 2 more cups chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Prepare biscuit mix according to package instructions.
Scoop even sized dumplings into broth but DO NOT stir.
Cover with lid and simmer for 15 min.
In a bowl with shrimp, add a little Avocado oil and season with SPG and extra garlic powder.
place on baking sheet and cook 7-8 min at 400°.
After 15 min gently stir in shrimp and bacon. Enjoy!
