Easy dips are perfect when you have a pot luck or a get together coming up but you are short on time. The slow cooker does all the work making your life easy! This cheesy chicken enchilada dip is about as easy as it gets and is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Remove skin from chicken and remove chicken from bones. Cut into preferred size.
Place chicken in slow cooker along with all other ingredients. I like to tear the Oaxaca cheese up to make it melt easier.
Place lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 2-2.5 hrs until cheese is melted.
Stir until smooth and turn slow cooker to warm.
Serve with tortilla chips, enjoy!
