    1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.

    2. Pulse until combined well and smooth.

    3. Spray 2 mini muffin tins

    4. Pour batter in tin about 80% full.

    5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Enjoy!
