    1. In a large mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth with a hand mixer.

    2. Add cookie butter and thawed cool whip. Beat until well combined.

    3. Fold in the majority of heath bits, reserving a handful for the top.

    4. Smooth out in a dish, I used an 8 x 11 in the video.

    5. Top with heath bits and caramel drizzle.

    6. Put in fridge a couple hours to chill.

    7. Serve with Biscoff cookies and enjoy!
