Beer Can Chicken always turns out juicy and super flavorful! It's not difficult at all to make if you have a smoker or charcoal grill! Lets get into it!

First, set up grill for non direct heat and get temp to 350 degrees.
Make sure chicken is fully thawed, wipe moisture off outside with a paper towel.
Add some bacon grease or oil to skin and then season heavily with preferred BBQ rub.
Pour out (or drink) about 4oz from beer and place in chicken stand.
Place chicken on can with legs on bottom.
Put chicken on non direct heat until it reaches around 150 degrees in the thickest part of the breast.
Next, brush BBQ sauce over entire chicken.
Continue to cook until internal temp is 160 degrees which should be around 75-90 minutes.
Remove from grill and rest for around 10-15 minutes before serving.
