These easy 7 Up biscuits WILL become a regular thing once you make them the first time. So much better than store bought canned biscuits and literally anyone can make them. Try them out and tell me what you think!

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Put butter in 9 x 13 cake pan. Place in oven as its preheating. Remove once butter is melted.
In a large bowl add 5 cups bisquick. Then add 1.5 cups sour cream.
I like to "cut" the sour cream in with a fork at this point.
Pour in 7 up and stir until a loose dough is formed.
Clean a flat surface and wash your hands.
Sprinkle some additional bisquick on surface and begin to knead dough.
Once dough comes together well, begin to flatten and you can use a rolling pin. Just don't get too thin. I try to get around 3/4".
Use a cookie cutter(around 3" diameter) to cut out biscuits. This step is very important. DO NOT twist when cutting out biscuits, go straight down. If you twist it will seal the edges and keep biscuits from rising as well as you would like.
Place in cake pan and make sure both sides have butter on them.
Place on top rack of oven for 15-18 min. Once tops are golden brown you are good to remove.
Brush a little additional melted butter on top and enjoy!
